AI can build your deck. It can't get you funded.
Five sessions with someone who's sat through 3,000 pitches from the investor's side of the table.
Five sessions with someone who's sat through 3,000 pitches from the investor's side of the table.
I've spent the last decade on the investor's side of the table. As investment leader of Beyond The Game Network, I backed 25 consumer tech startups, including Oura Ring and Eight Sleep before they became unicorns, and Railbird before DraftKings bought it. I'm still investing, with 15 active positions today, which means the pitches I'm reacting to are the ones landing in inboxes right now.
Along the way I've read roughly 3,000 pitch decks, judged more than ten pitch competitions, and built relationships with over 200 VC investors I still share deal flow and co-invest with. I've also sat in the founder's chair twice, running Sportal in youth sports tech and media, and Aquina in healthcare finance, where we sold a controlling stake to a publicly traded strategic buyer.
What I do now is help founders get heard. I've worked with more than 100 founders on their decks and messaging, and I ran an incubator program that graduated 50 startup founders. I also proved the thesis on myself. Outside of venture, I built a country music brand from nothing to 40,000 followers and over 30 million views across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, which is a reminder that attention is earned by the story, not the slide design.
THE PROCESS
Five live sessions. Fully virtual.
You leave with a deck, a one-minute overview, a one-sentence pitch, and the reps to deliver all three.
You show me what you have. I ask a lot of questions.
We find the sentence that stops an investor cold, and the big vision behind it. You leave with a one-sentence pitch and a one-minute overview.
I bring back a first version of your deck. We reshape it together, and you deliver your one-minute out loud.
You pitch me the full deck. We sharpen the slides and the talk track side by side.
You pitch it again, clean. Final notes, final changes, and you are ready for the room.
WORK WITH ME
The full process is $5,000. Five live sessions, four weeks, fully virtual.
I only take one or two founders at a time. That isn't a marketing tactic, it's arithmetic. Between sessions I'm rebuilding your narrative, drafting your deck, and living inside your business, and that work doesn't split cleanly across a roster. When a spot is filled, it's filled.
It also means I'm selective about who fills each spot. I'm looking for founders who have something real underneath the pitch, a market they can explain, traction or a credible reason they'll get it, and the willingness to hear that their current story isn't working. This process only pays off if you're prepared to rebuild rather than polish.
I'm probably not the right fit if you need slides by Friday, if you want a designer rather than a coach, or if you're looking for introductions to my investor network. I don't sell access. I sell preparation.
If that sounds like what you need, tell me about your company and where you are in your raise. If it's a fit, we'll get on a call. If it isn't, I'll tell you straight and point you somewhere better.
